Funny thing...here in WI the geniuses decided to raise the tax on cigs...one problem...people quit smoking at record numbers because cost got out of hand...and revnues from the tax decreased overall...

as far as cali is concerned overall...who in the hell would want to live in that cess pool? Out of control spending...good luck trying to fix that...there! The tax and spend libs have total control...are they going to criminalize those smart individuals / companies trying to escape the state?
