I am a coffee-nut I hope you have Folgers here Sport sometimes I think I am going to drown in coffee.LOL

mops that's the house special. We also have four other brands for other special friends.

By the way, your Saints and my Falcons are going to battle on Dec.27th, good luck to both of usLaughingWink

This will be the game to watch. With that high scoreing offense the Falcons have it will be a great game. The Saints are getting back to that playoff form so I expect it to be a high scoreing game. Good luck to you also. This time Garrette Hartley better not miss!!

Your Panthers may have passed away for this season SF, but it looks like a high draft pick could be headed your way, and with Andrew Luck and Cam Newton both going to be available, it could be a nice off-season in Carolina. Be happy you aren't being tortured like Oakland fans are...the Raiders are undefeated in Conf, shutout the Chargers TWICE...but can't beat the 49ers?  I don't think any team has ever gone undefeated intheir conf and missed the playoffs, this could be a first.

Orlando is sure loading up...Agent Zero (Arenas) and J-Rich (Richardson) w/ Jameer Nelson to dish and Howard down low?  There's a new bully in the East, and suddenly the NBA West is not the dominant force they have been for a few years.  The West has good balance with the Lakers, Spurs, Thunder (real up-and-coming group there) and Cuban has the Mavs in position to compete as usual.  But it's not just one or two good teams out East now...the Magic, Celtics and Heat are all potential title threats, although I still will have to see someone actually beat Kobe in the playoffs before I dismiss the defending champs as repeat favorites.

Anyway, SF,  thanks for the great place, I already see multiple familiar names, a great bunch of folks already hanging out,  nice job with the new joint. Cool

This does seem like a very nice place. I see most of you already know each other. I don't think I know anyone.

I am pleased to drink your champagne, have breakfast and enjoy the sport talk. So far, that's what is missing.

The sport -fans hangout opened right after the San Francisco - San Diego game, but no one has commented on it.

I'll start by saying the score did not do justice to the game as San Francisco missed out on several scoring opportunities and did not look quite so bad as a 34 - 7 might seem.  IMO.

Welcome Perfect, nice to have you here. Don't worry, there will be plenty of sports talk. I think alot are still out shopping for Christmas.

I just finished watching by beloved Tar Heels, played alot better on defense today, foul shots are still lacking and they came up short on this one by 2 to Texas. Oh how I do love my Tar Heels.

Big football day tomorrow for alot of teams, however it seems there are still so many injuries on alot of teams.

Larry, had to take the high heel boots off, made me too tall and dizzy and I fell down twice. I hope someone cleans up the mess I made.

Lets Go Panthers and Bears and Brett Favre

Yeah SF, with Rogers out, the Pack will have a yough time getting into the playoffs.  If only the Niners had drafted Rogers, the Pack could have Alex Smith right now...he's healthy. Tongue out  j/k of course...

Sharks hang on to win 4-1 in St. Louis, Logan Couture w/ 2 goals, 17 on the season now for the San Jose Rookie, he is an early ROY candidate I think.

kron.....nice to meet you and I say Couture is a SHOE In for Rookie of the Year......if he stays healthy and continues his pace...he now has 22 points and I believe leads all rookies in the NHL.

Canucks beat the Maple Laughs...4-1...YAHOO.

HUGE NFL games tomorrow......Giants vs the Eagles....Colts vs the Jags...and my Titans play the Texans in a mean nothing game.

BUT it means a lot to me........GO TITANS GO

Good luck to all teams tomorrow.

T-Girl I will cook you breakfast in the morning ??? or will you be entertaining and text messaging Brett (I should have retired) Favre....lol

I bet he Texts you and says......."You can leave your boots on"........lol

He is tied with Jeff Skinner (Hurricanes).....so that is my bad.......he is not a Shoe In for Rookie of the Year.....Skinner is only 18.

Good to meet you too Larry.  Yeah, Skinner at age 18 is rightfully getting alot of attention right now,  and Couture did play 25 games last year, plus the playoffs, so alot of people may not even realize that he is a rookie.

A joke:

Three good ole boys died on Christmas Eve and were met by Saint Peter at the pearly gates.

'In honor of this holy season' Saint Peter said, 'You must each possess something that symbolizes Christmas to get into heaven.'

The cowboy from  Texas fumbled through his pockets and pulled out a lighter. He flicked it on. 'It represents a candle', he said.

'You may pass through the pearly gates' Saint Peter said.

The logger from  Minnesota reached into his pocket and pulled out a set of keys. He shook them and said, 'They're bells.'

Saint Peter said 'You may pass through the pearly gates'.

The old  Kentucky farmer started searching desperately through his pockets and finally pulled out a pair of women's panties.

St. Peter looked at the man with a raised eyebrow and asked, 'And just what do those symbolize?'

The old  Kentucky farmer  replied, 'These are Carols.'
