How about interest in the draft here, nobody cares what anyone makes or whose dad was rich, it means a hill of beans. The neat thing about the draft is predicting the late rounds. ANy butthead can take the top 50 players and pencil them in to a team, that is amateur hour. The real draftnuts find guys in later rounds who might help their team, that is dedication.

Nobody here wants to be a GM, however a few of us like to scout players, and we get a helluva lot more right than the bozos getting paid to do their job.  The draft is what you make of it, if you think it is boring like golf then why even p1ss on someone's parade? To each his own, this is my Christmas, openning up surprise gifts, some of which we guessed, some blow our mind.

good stuff..   Interesting to see how much movement there may be tonight..  Will someone move infront of us to take Hightower?  We'll find out shortly.

Hate to say this guys but I really don't think Hightower will be available when we pick. He could go as high as the Chiefs or Jets, then the Bengals and Browns all have to pass on him, heck even the Texans or Ravens could make a play for him and I just don't think we'll get him.

I really hope a quality player slips to us like Brocker or Glenn that would be a great start to the draft. I wouldn't rule a trade up if De Castro starts to fall or Kuechly and also wouldn't rule a trade down out if most of the talent as gone, either way it should be a great night heck it better be booked a day off work tommorrow for this and for me the draft only starts at 1am lol

I cannot believe they interupted draft coverrage for a Saints Press conferrnece with a lying sack of monkey crap. I was going for the snow shovel, it was getting deep.

If the Dolphins don't take Ryan Tannehill, the networks will then give us some cockamany theory... I have a simple one. The Dolphins also pick at 42 and 72, 73. Why not sit back and take Kurt Cousins.  Take BPA at number 8, get a pass rusher, a CB, an OT, they have plenty of holes.  Brock Osweiller will be available to them later on. Tannehill is no more a guarantee than Cousins is my point. My wife is a Dolphins fan, I want them to do well in the draft. Miami plays the Pastry Meats and the JEST twice each, so at least 4 times a year I root hard for them.

Walter Football finally got off the Bernard Pierce wagon and gave us Chris Polk, I can live with that a little easier. And he did give PIttsburgh a different pick in the 7th, that LB from ALabama, Jerrell Harris.

Hearing that Deion's wife went postal and attacked him, scary thought. Even scarier she did not finish the job.

NFL.com saying the Lions want to move up. Hopefully that means they won't trade down with the Ravens.

However, you could have a team like the Browns move 3X in round one back in 2009 and really throw a wrench into the HIghtower at 24 express.

The Ravens Taking Konz makes a lot of sense, like him or hate him, OZzie Newsome is very good at his job. I thought he was brilliant moving up for Michael Oher. Sure maybe only a RT, but at least he drafted a starter who is not a thug, a punk, or a malcontent.

Anyone catch Bucky Brooks mock? NO wonder they brought in Chad Ruetter, Bucky rhymes with sucky. Fletcher Cox fallaing all the way to 17, not on your life.

One to watch: Wisconsin FB Bradie Ewing. OC Todd Haley said he would use a FB if he had one, and Ewing is the best of the draft lot. And his old coach works next door to the Steelers headquarters and dines with them -- Pitt coach Todd Chryst.

I also think Ewing is a lunch pail guy who reminds me a little of Dan Kreider. Loved when he put Ray Lewis flat on his back.

SP75, I had a lot come up recently that made to where i could not commit to my duties on the warboard, and while i regret not being part of the buzz and analysis, i dont regret the reasons for why that happened.

And i didnt contribute to the warbaord, as stated earlier, because i felt as though i didnt have much of a right to do so. with that being said, i feel comfortable with i would say around 100-120 of the prospects on the board, and have a solid feel for what players can bring. Im pretty pumped for this, ill be in and out of these boards all night but ill catch nearly every pick.

just waiting for this to start now.
