Anyone else hearing that the Browns are trading up to #3?

CBS Sports is reporting it is a done deal...They don't know the picks, but they are reporting 3 picks

Browns gave up a 4th, 5th and 7th to move up to #3...reportedly for Trent Richardson..

Would somebody tell the Browns that half of the draft is about bluffing.  There is no reason they should have traded away three picks to move up one spot.  I think Richardson would be great, but there is some good stuff to be had in the fourth and fifth rounds.

bluez, DAWG, Irish, Lyman and all the Browns fans I read on this site, H&H did right, don't wait, take the chance, throw a few picks in and get the guy that puts the ball in the end zone.  Trent Richardson is a great start to the Browns draft.  I hope the Rams are so bold.

Now that I know Heckert was that high on Richardson, that trade means nothing to get the best player on his board..





Secretly, was hoping to see what Blackmon could do with Sam Bradford toss him the pigskin, but we won't see that..I think the Rams are hoping to see Floyd drop into their laps and get that extra 2nd rounder.

I was a bit worried about not getting Richardson, so I am more than pleased with the trade up.  A few later round fliers to get the guy is worth it in my view.


And yes Tannenhill, just went off the board so that makes me happy also!

Tannehill may have a huge upside but the Fins just took the first reach of the draft . glad i am not a Fins fan

Ive wanted Blackmon but Im happy as chit that the Browns drafted Richardson. Beast!!!!! He will touch the ball 25+ a game. Good move by Heckert!
